Today hubby Matt and I cycled to Port Kennedy with our eldest son TJ.
The cycle paths along the coast are one of the reasons we bought our house in this region.
We stopped for lunch along the way.
The weather was truly fabulous!
The ocean was calm at the end of the trail and it was a lovely spot for a chat and to catch our breath and rest our muscles ready for the ride back into the wind!
The wind certainly challenged us!
But we still enjoyed the vista along the way.
This ride is one of our favorites and it's so nice that TJ enjoys doing it with us occasionally!
We certainly enjoy having him come along!
My watch battery died before I made it home, so it only captured 26 of the 29kms.
But my heart rate chart certainly shows we were pushing it hard today!
