Vegetarian
This week I ate this vegetable stir fry two nights for dinner. What's in it?
2 bunches of Bok Choy
1/2 a tomato
1 bunch Brocoli
1/2 a small can of bamboo shoots
1/2 a small can of water chestnuts
1/4 C cashews
1 T soy sauce
1T sesame oil
1t sambal Oelek
1T lemongrass paste
1/2 t grated fresh ginger
Stir fry all ingredients in a very hot pan for several minutes and serve.
Even hubby loved this one, but he is usually a great guinea pig with my non-meat cuisine LOL
